I HAVE SENT MY PHONE FOR REPAIRS, ON THE 14 MAY'13, AFTER 2 WEEKS MNT EXQUISITE MALVEN CALLED, STATING THAT MY PHONE COULD NOT BE REPAIRED & I MUST PICK UP SECOND HAND PHONE IN A REASONABLE CONDITION. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND BREACH OF MY CONTRACT. I CALL ALMOST EVERDAY TO BE TOLD THAT OPERATION MANAGER IS DEALING WITH IT & WOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH ME, TO DATE NO COMMUNICATION OR RESOLUTION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM MTN.
