On Cell C's part - incorrect Direct Debits

I have add endless issues with Cell C over the past few months. I have been pushed from pillar to posr with no joy what so ever. My latest issue was around a sevice that a CCA had activated on my contract line without my consent. I was no aware that the charge would be added to my account and would certainly not have agreed to it had I been aware of it. I spoke to another CCA on the 4/6/2013 who merely stated she realyy didnot knw why I was being debited or why I was not told or why the service was activated without my consent. I requested to speak to a manager after the transfer I was on silent hold for 3-4 minutes before Busi a supervisor attempted to explain was I was complaining about clearly from speaking to her she was not at all skilled to handle the query/complaint. She proceeded to tell me that I would not be credited and would not be refunded any monies taken incorrectly. Also that the BIS service was not active on my phone but active on the line she confirmed that I was paying for a service that I was not receiving. She kept repeating herself "you will not get a refund or credit you have used the services." I did explain that I couldn't turn it off on the phone. Cheated!
