Extremely bad service

I lodge a complain on hellopeter on the 5/5/2013. On the 6/5/2013 Ruth from Cell C phoned me back and on the 7/5/2013 I was phoned again to say my problem is sorted out. Today I phoned Cell C technical department to assist me with a problem only to be told that my phone was hot lined on the 6/5/2013. How can Ruth tell me on the 7th that my problem is sorted out when my phone was already hot lined on the 6/5/2013. This is typical and deceit from Cell C that I had to put up for a while now and I'm now sick and tired of it. If this problem is not sorted out on Monday 13/5/2013 I will post a report about the way Cell C is treating their customers on a
every social media network I can lay my hands on. I will also post the same report in every newspaper in this country if I have to. I will also take any action open to me to have this problem sorted out.
