I am so disgusted in Autopages services, moving from one bad experience to the next. This is really ridiculous.

Today I see a bill of R519.83, yet I'm on a Top up page of R284.00pm. I called their customer services and was advised that the amount is high due to the fact that I upgraded on the 19th Jan and the new contract on Top up only kicked in on the 19th May, which is a load of.

How could the new contract have kicked in on the 19th of May, when I contacted Autopage on the 1st May to notify them that I cannot make any calls and my BIS has been terminated. The lady I spoke to at Autopage call centre advised me that the new contract on Top Up 200 has kicked in and they need to re-activate my services.

So when did this new contract start, the 1st as per the lady I spoke too or the 19th as per the other consultant I spoke to today. Are you guys even working on the same system, because the information differs from one consultant to the next.

I am really disgusted in this pathetic service and lack of knowledge. I have been having problems with autopage since the beginning of the year and it looks as if this will continue the whole year through.
