Complaining about Telkom in this country has been a joke for many years now. What's frustrating is that they think it's funny. Once again, I have been without internet, 3 days so far, and everytime I contact Telkom all I get is the same reference number time and time again. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with that, because it sure as does not fix my problem. I sincerely wish we had another option here, alas, we are stuck with this joke company making joke promises with laughable service delivery. Please oh please Telkom, surely someone is still working there?
