I previously complained about this same problem. After I complained to Hello Peter, they very quickly contacted me and the monthly payment was rectified. Thanks for that Hello Peter!
Unfortunately they never rectified the "over-payment" taken from my bank account. I have numerous sms's on my phone with "reference numbers" from Cell C every time I call in this connection, but nothing happens from there onwards. Promises that they will come back to me, are just not kept - they never come back.
They claim that they gave me credit on my account for a certain amount. I e-mailed them my bank statements to prove the opposite as I was never credited with one single cent!!
This is an ongoing problem since I upgraded in April 2012 - now more than a year ago!!
