I recently wrote to you guys with a Compliment about the service I received. I now have a complaint about your Network Reception. I have just upgraded my contract and got the iPhone 5, but I can not drive ANYWHERE without losing Service ie. No Network Connection. Please could you explain why this is? I have been into the store and checked all settings and they are fine so the problem on your side.
I must say what is the point of having a Cell Phone Contract if you can't use half the time because Im a Rep and in my car most of the time.
