Hi Cell C,
I feel you guys had over subscribed users onto your network and thus your deliverable had been poor on the network.
I wrote a complain earlier this month and subsequently got a copy/paste type of response which I wrote back to but got no feedback thereafter.
Since then the network had gotten even worse, my Cell C 3G dongle has full 3G signal at home however websites freeze and emails get dropped because of bad connection, this is on multiple computers.
This is the same case with my cellphone which will have full 3G connection but I wont have service and people calling me go straight to voice mail. Not to mention dropped calls on nearly ever conversation I have
Please advise as I would like to know if I need to cancel my contract and move to a different provide.
Not trying to through my toys out of the cot however I cant pay full price for half a service.
