I am absolutely appalled at the service that i have received from Cell C! I have waited since November for my modem to be replaced. I have sent it in 3 times already, and i have been paying my C Cover from day 1, but still nothing has been done.
I recently received an email saying that i breached my contract, and that my cell c sim card was not in the modem at the time i was using it. This is absolutely ridiculous, what do they suggest i was using in my modem? To make it worse, i was even charged for for OOB usage. How does that even make sense?
I am so furious now. I am not going back there again, but i definitely am sending a complaint to the Consumer Commission now. I have paid over R900 in insurance already...
This is honestly the worst service i have received, and Cell C cannot get away with treating its customers this way. I would never recommend them to anyone, after the way that i have been treated.
