Blocked my 18 month old contract

I am in a total disgust with the way Vodacom has dealt with me. On the 17th i received a call from a man claiming i was using his vodacom contract and that he will report me to the SAP for. I immediately called Vodacom to inform them of this and they blocked my contract. I went to one of their branches in THe ORchards Pretoria and the response i got was Call the department. I have been calling legal and their department all day with no luck, My contract is 18 months old, on my name and the next payment is due soon. I cannot use my phone and somewhere someone has messed up but nobody is willing to take the responsibility. The other person is constantly threatening me with SAP and goodness knows what.. I have to deal with all of this on my own, It is not fair, i pay my contract and expect a service which i am not getting and nobody is prepared to get involved. I have given them all the proof that the contact is mine and the person at the branch just ignores me when i call him, Wally. Is this how Vodacom treats their valued customers? it is just not client service or looking after me. I would like to know where i need to go to get this sorted? Urgently!
