i made a complaint on helopeter last week wednesday regarding cell c and obf that they have in place.
my phone was faulty, and they didnt want to assist me within my 7 day contract, and therafter they gave me endless problems . last week wednesday 5.06.2013 Nellie from cell c contacted me saying i must bring in the phone and they will be able to assist me . i then took the phone in that very same day, they told me it will take 4-5 working days excluding the weekend because the OBF department is not open then . yesterday the 13.06.2013 i phoned the customer services to ask what is happening, the lady in the repairs department told me that i will only receive information regarding the phone on friday, but the gentleman in the store Centurion MAll, lower level explained 4-5 days. this is becoming reather infuriating as i work in a call centre, i have to take leave from work early to sort out this problem, as well as my endless trips up and down between work and centurion wasting petrol.
