SIM Swap Nightmare

This report is on my sister's behalf. Vodacom have repeatedly (4 times now) authorised the illegal and SIM swapping of my sister's number. She has had to repeatedly contact Vodacom because her number would mysteriously stop working, only to be told; when she calls Vodacom to inquire; that her SIM has been swapped. This is a number that has been registered under her name and ID number for RICA purposes. After the latest incident, Vodacom requested that she provide them with a ID copy, proof of residence and 5 numbers that she recently called and she complied with the request and her number worked. However not more than a week later her number is back to only receiving calls, she cannot make any calls. Now Vodacom are refusing to SIM swap her number because she cannot recall what her call tariff is (i.e whether she is on call per second or what). These are the same people who have illegally SIM swapped her number almost a week after she provided them with the necessary documents (copies of her ID, proof of ID and 5 numbers).
