Took out contract with Vodacom 2 weeks ago - but still not on the network? I have waited for Vodacom to PORT the number from VIRGIN MOBILE TO VODACOM but it takes 10 days? Would have never taken this contact of R800 a month if i knew this was the level op service. Don't believe a word that any of the call centre agants say anymore. Online orders have 14 days to return the product if you hare not happy - i haven't even used the product as yet - because the line is still not active. I have made more than 35 calles to vodacom to assist me - but NO LUCK.
This is exteremly bad service - i don 't want anything free, JUST ACTIVE THE NUMBER - You were very quick to sell me the deal but it's not actived yet. I have waited 10 days for Vodacom IT to PORT the number from Virgin mobile to VODACOM - IS THIS THE NORM?
