This is the worst service I've received in a long time. My contract with 8ta expired in the beginning of the year. On 23 April I requested that my number be moved to prepaid. I've been chasing them to do it since then and have complained on HelloPeter about it as well. I was promised that my number would be on prepaid from 1 June 2013. Yesterday I called the call centre to check if my number was on prepaid and I was assured that it is on prepaid. Then I tried to load airtime and it wouldn't allow me to do it. I called 8ta again today and the agent advised me that the number is still on contract. What a joke.
This is beyond ridiculous. I don't know what to do anymore, the service I've received so far from 8ta has been pathetic and poor.
