I registered in 2011 and they have been debiting money from the account and put a notice for them to put the account on hold as i could not afford to pay and they told me they cannot put theaccount on hold due to financial problems and can't cancell the course as they did not give me all the study materials, they have not helped me with anything. i never wrote any exam, no assignment even worse there are no classes to attend they said, i have to study on my own. Please advice on the matter as they dont want to cancell the course due to my problem, i paid them amount of R4800 as per NCR i am intitled to cancel the contract due to financial. I want them to cancell the cause as they are not helpful at all, i am working on a contract based and still strugling with finances, i have family responsibility. i want them to cancell the course and refund the money i paid and will send back all the study material as they can not understand my situation, i applied because i want to study but now with the horrible treatment i am not prepared anymore, i want contract cancelled and will further with another College
