Incorrect Billing

I had two contracts with Altech-Autopage but unfortunately discovered that I have been overcharged for the
past seven months. when I addressed it with them I was advised I'll be refunded which was done, however the refund was less than the amount deducted.

I have contacted their Customer Service Department on several occasions to get an explanation and was advised someone will give me a callback, 4 days later no one has bothered to contact me.
