Would you believe that I have an account query that has not been handled since January 2011??? I was in Denmark in May of 2010. I was charged R4000 my bill for that month was in excess of R4000 (normally R1000)
Roaming was R3500 of this. I agreed and thought whoa! don't do that again. I then traveled again to Denmark in December of 2010. I switched my phone onto wifi only- for the week I was away- Then I received an account for R6330 In January 2011!! I queried it BUT the amount was debited anyway. I received no refund and it was not resolved. In September of 2011 when it was NOT resolved, I changed my provider and threw my sim card away, and I gave notification of the cancellation. I was truly disgusted. Today I am being asked to pay an accumulated 'early cancellation fee'
So they overcharged me with roaming, debited my account, "lost" my cancellation notice, charge me for 'early cancellation fee', no calls no explanations, no queries, no resolution, and are harassing me today in 2013 2 YEARS after the fact- UNBELIEVABLE! Autopage Cellular are unethical
