Our company has 3 data contracts with Altech autopage, we have been overcharged on 1 of the contracts since inception, i.e. since Jun 2012. I have been trying to get them to refund us the overcharged amount, a total of
R5 646.45, since August 2013 nothing has been done. I keep being sent from pillar to post with absolutely no joy! on top of all the calls i had to make to their call centre.
