Trying to over customers

I purchased a sony experia z from mtn, and they told us if the phone does give us problems they will replace it within 7 days, the phones battery doesn't even last a half a day and when we went in to replace it they knew our 7 days were almost over and told us to wait another 2 days to see if it continues which it obviously would. We got the phone on wednesday so 7 days should be next wednesday but they refused that and wanted to send the phone to check, which is rubbish, instead of doing what they say they try and us over so we miss our 7 days. Only after a rude unwanted argument she finally agreed to change it, why cause she knew what she did was wrong. I am highly upset with the service and from mtn! This is seriously the worst service provider ever! Pathetic and unacceptable!!!
