I've had enough of your useless customer service and useless call centre consultants!!!

I've spent countless hours on the phone dealing with your incompetent useless brainless!!!

I've been! @#$% around now for almost one month concerning your *162* service which is not working, and must listen to all sorts of excuses and explanations every time that I phone and deal with another on the phone!!!

After all this time since 15 May when I logged the complaint no one can give me any feedback concerning the problem and when it will be solved!!!

I've been an MTN customer since 1993, and will not renew my present contracts and will rather close them and support another company who is able to provide a better service to its customers, and who do not expect it's customers to be happy with the incoherent that your call centre staff are telling me!!!

The bottom line: MTN at the moment is a useless company with even more useless levels of customer service!!!

Don't tell me that there is a problem with the *162* service in general!!! Why then is my wife and daughter's info working?? It's just me, but your incompetent technical dept is useless!!!
