I reported my faulty DSL line more than once via Internet and Telephonically, but in all instances they sent me emails telling me that my line is working. I called the Call Centre - DSL support - to get help; just be assisted by some stupid agent who knows nothing about anything technical. I am so sick and tired I am going to cancel my line in totality.
They're totally useless and don't know anything about customer support!
