I am unable to make calls, receive calls or use the internet even if the signal bar is full on the cell c network. 50% of the time my phone switches to vodacom edge (I might as well go back to vodacom). This is mostly in the Sandton area where it is affecting my work and personal life. This issue also drains my battery with in 4 hours.

On the 13th of May I was involved in an accident in the Sandton area. I was passed out and the paramedic helping me was unable to phone any of my friends or family because of this issue.

Please don't blame it on my cellphone or sim card because I have swapped both and I still have the same issue. I would like to cancel this contract based on NON PERFORMANCE (CPA) which i consider a breach of contract. This has been on going for months now and it seems to be a general problem in this area I have friends and colleagues experiencing the same issue.
