Maybe this helps speed up things

As I promised, here is the report. Two weeks to get an application done.. The first one was done online, when I contacted the call centre two days later, I was advised that they have a backlog of 3 days. The application was then sent to Autopage in Maponya mall. The contract is being done on my brother's name who did the application with them (I can't write a long story, so this is to the point). Hector confirmed everything was approved and the phone has been sent already, I will receive it soon. I called Autopage the next day to follow up on the progress, Hector was not in for the day, and to my surprise, nothing has been sent yet. I then advised them I will send someone with a letter to collect. My driver waited there for more than an hour; somehow the application was done completely wrong, wrong I.D with wrong name etc. So, then I was advised by Dulinda Msweli she is re-submitting the application and will make haste to get the matter resolved. Apparently we are waiting for Vodacom to release the number to port (according to Vodacom this has been done). The contract was apparently sent yesterday (also till now we haven't received it). Today, no communication. SORT IT OUT TODAY!
