I have a Smart S Contract with vodacom Via Edgars, Its supposed to be R199 a month and if i go over my bundles i'll be charged. BUT Last month and this month i never went over them and i've been charged R657 for last month and i still had bundles carried forward to this month, On the 2nd of Dec i checked my balances, still fresh into the new month and my account is sitting at R208! How is that possible. I even contacted the vodacom call centre and they told me they are baffled as to why im being charged when im still well into my bundle, Please help as i don't want to pay this amounts for no reason!!
