Called resv. line as well as call centre as well as Mpho, who mpho proceeded to tell me they ARE ALL IN MEETING, no one can help me SORRY!!!... she will get someone to call me back, i have my director need to book these tickets and i must tell him sorry no one can help me. That is ridiculous. I have never in my life heard of every single agent in a meeting, surely they should have at least 5 people answering and taking calls to assist. RIDICULOUS. worst service i have ever had. Will def not recommend
