Went to upgrade my phone on Thursday, 30 May 2013 at the Silverwater Crossing Shopping Centre and have been stuck without service since then. Phoned them on Saturday morning and ofcourse the guy was completely rude and had no idea how to fix the problem he made.
I then phoned customer care and after three phone calls and being on hold for hours, my phone is still not working. Please note: according to Vodacom, it's just the BIS that needs to be activated... so ACTIVATE it and explain to me why due to BIS not working, I can't make or receive phone calls or SMS either? It makes no sense.
Dearest Vodacom: Please note that I am 8 months pregnant and if something happens to me and I cannot use my phone - I will hold you responsible!
