Incorrect billing

Hi,

I ugraded one of my contracts I have with mtn 30 March the 2nd or the 3rd 2013 and I was assisted by Araf Mohammed. I am currently being incorrectly invoiced as by Mtn and I have tried to get through to the persons concerned but with no success. I have been issued with a dozen reference numbers the recent one being 1000 9227.

On the day I upgraded Araf sold me on the Blackberry 9320 at around R168 pm but I am currently being billed R258 pm, I have recquested access to the recording as I assume that all calls are recorded but 4 weeks later all my attempts have come to nothing. I am not letting this go as I need clarity regarding this. As for Excellent Nkosi, the supervisor, I was informed that he made an overide concerning my contract but he seems to be unavailble all the the time as I have also been leaving messages with the hope that this matter will be resolved
