I went to Altech Autopage Cellular Polokwane today. Two ladies, with rotten attitue and no sense of customer service made me feel like am dead. i took my fone for REPAIR with charging problems,
firstly i was made to wait while they still packing cellphone covers on the shelves...
the lady who assisted me finally printed out a page and when i asked why dont u put a stamp on it, the shouted at me and called me names. saying that i am dump cant i see that this print out itself is a stamp??? they were referring to the ALTECH AUTOPAGE CELLUAR logo as a stamp???
what the is happening here? i pay close to R500 monthly into Altech's account, thats close to R12 000, 00 of my hard earned cash in 24 months and getting this service wont be acceptable.
your staff really need to know that your customers knows their rights and knows customer service. i was so irritated, embarrased and insulted for questioned the state of this printed paper. this is just a paper like any other odrinary one, i can also do this and print it, where is the proof that it comes from altech?
its not for the first time this ladies do this rotten attitude. Customers are giving up on this store..
