I was a dedicated Vodacom user for as long as I can remember. Decided to take my very first cell contract with Cell C.After shopping around there prices suited my monthly budget all was rather inviting, especially their Blackberry 9320 special where you pay R112 for the first 3 months and after that you pay R149 for 21 months. I took the deal on 19 January 2013 for 2 phones. My first debit went off at the end of February they debited around R180 per contract witch was understandable, because I took the contracts after mid [URL Removed] the time for my second billing on the 30th March, I expected to pay the discounted price of R112 x 2.Instead I was billed R149 for one contract and got left with insufficient funds for the next, after making sure I had left more than R224 in my account. The next day I went to the store that issued my contracts, they stated that all is fine on there side and that the billing department are the ones who made the mistakes. She made a call and I received an sms with a query reference number stating that they will attend the matter at hand. I expected a call on Tuesday. On Wednesday I received an sms that doesn't make sense. I still don't have closure. What's up???
