I renewed 3 contracts with MTN in August 2012, and have been incorrectly billed since the new contracts have been in effect. I have not received any responses from Lloyd Heath, the person who renewed the contracts nor anyone else from despite several attempts. I am constantly being advised to ask other divisions about resolving my billing issues and nobody seems capable of helping me. I have even logged a complaint on the MTN website (Reference - MTN REQ:1864326) and have seen no response in 2 weeks.
Whilst MTN continue to rectify their mistakes, I continue to pay over 50% more than I should be billed.
