Disgusting service, despicable, liars, a disgrace

On 24 May I called Autopage. They've been charging me Blackberry fees despite me upgrading to an iPhone last Feb My SMS bundle was cancelled in 2011, they're still charging me. The agent said she'd request accounts dept reimburse me. 2 days later I get an SMS "reimbursed R102.77."The amount owed is over R1000. On 27 May I phoned & asked for the matter to be investigated. Agent promised it would be escalated & a manager would call me back within 24 hrs. No one did. Today I phoned &asked to speak to a manager, I was told Susan Olifant is a manager but she's not there. The agent sent Susan an email to call me as a matter of urgency.By 15h00 I hadn't heard from Susan, so I called. She claimed she didn't receive an email. A lie. I briefed Susan, she said she'd investigate and get back to me by the end of the day. She did not. I phoned Susan's boss Iris, she was not available. The agent promised Iris would call me today, she didn't. This service is not new. Yrs ago I tried to cancel posting my account. They continued. I gave up trying. Now post has stopped, they still charge me postage. Disgusting service inefficient staff. Accounts a mess, "managers" a disgrace.100s of reports on Hellopeter say it all
