Misled into Sale Agreement

It all began on the 7th March 2013, when i went to MTN office located in the Wesbank building in Fairlands. I'm a staff member of the first rand group, hence the reason for me going to that store, also not to forfeiting my corporate discounts. I signed for the upgrade on the 7th, and only received my phone a month later after many many complaints against the gentlemen who assisted me - Hlayisani Zitha. After receiving the handset, i was not advised that the Z10 required a micro sim, which he personally delivered to me the next day. After receiving my 1st statement into the new contract i noticed that by bill was very high, i contacted BIC, they advised then that i only had a 300mb bundle loaded. When the contract was sold to me i was told that i would receive a 250mb as part of the contract, which im not receiving. I have emailed and complained to Zitha who has left me with empty promises, complained to my account manager, and no one is coming back to me. Hoping someone can contact me to assist urgently, and im paying MTN by debit order every month without any issue, i would expect these staff to take my queries seriously, yet everyweek im emailing them without any response.
