FALSE SELLING CONTRACT

On the 13 March 2013, I came in the Roodepoort Virgin Active and wanted to sign up for the special the Club was running which was a R 100.00 fee for the month of March 2013, this means you could gym for the rest of the month for only R 100.00.
I dealt with Susan at the Roodepoort Virgin Active; she advised me of the special and signed me up as well. Susan printed the documents never discussed or explained, she made me sign where I need to sign, and Susan didn't explain any of the documentation to me. Susan asked how I would pay the R 100.00 fee I said with my cheque card, she brought the speed point machine to the office and I paid the R 100.00 fee by card. Susan then requested me to complete and confirm my personal details on the system, I did so. Susan then requested my banking details, I asked her (Susan) why she would need my banking details as I am paying the R 100.00 fee cash and I don't want to give my banking details. Susan than advised this is only for record purposes for the system and no debits would be made from my account, and if Virgin Active did debit me I could return the debits and no harm would be done. I took Susan's word as she is an employee of Virgin
