I went to Cell C Gateway, in Umhlanga on Saturday, 1 June 2013, to take out a new contract. I was advised that a "status" had to be removed from their system & they needed to contact their legal department on Monday, 3 June to sort it out. I was told this is a formality & they, Cell C Gateway would contact me once this was done. I had to call the store today. They didn't do what they said they would. I received a call back an hour later from the store telling me everything was now sorted out & I just need to come in with the necessary documents. I did this. At the store, the same consultant then tells me nothing was done & that I needed to call Cell C myself. What sort of professionalism is this? I demand a proper response from Cell C management. I was more than patient with Cell C Gateway. I went all the way to the store on their advices.
