No BIS Service

Hi Vodacom, I had to phone your callcentre now (holding forever) before I was able to speak to anybody and then notified there is a problem with the BIS Service. Why was us as customers not informed about the problem? I had to phone and now received a Service Request Number S3-SE721-1LX9C. That is not helping me at all. I have a wife at home who can go into labour anytime and without access to BIS Services there is no way she can contact me at this point in time. I must pack up now and leave work to be with my wife as she can not get hold of me in case something happens. Totally unacceptable, I pay for a service and I dont get any service. I dont care if its not a Vodacom problem, I pay my subscription to VODACOM and they dont even have the decency to notify me as their customer of any problem. Thanks to you I must go home now and be with my wife as she can not get hold of me. Thanks for notifying us as paying customers, I was told VODACOM was made aware of the problem already this morning but nothing from their side to me as a paying sustomer. What is VODACOM going to do about this, apology is unfortunately not good enough.
