ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO I POSTED A COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER WHICH NO VODACOM IN NELSPRUIT WANTED TO HELP ME WITH. ONLY AFTER MY COMPLAINT DID THEY FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY GAVE ME R100.00 AIRTIME FOR THE, MONTHS OF AIRTIME I LOST, WHICH IS FINE BY ME. AT-LEAST THE PROBLEM IS SORTED. IN THE MEANTIME I HAVE RECEIVED A COUPLE OF CALLS FROM VODACOM TO GIVE ME NEW CONTRACTS SEEN THAT I WAS ABLE TO UPGRADE. WHEN YOU SO THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED THE PEOPLE PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN YOUR EAR BEFORE YOU CAN FINISH YOU SENTENCE. AT CELL C THEY STILL HAVE THE DECENCY TO SAY THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND GREET YOU IN A FRIENDLY MANNER. VODACOM IN ANY WAY YOU LOOK AT IT. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOU LIST OF PEOPLE TO CALL FOR CONTRACTS SEEN TO THE FACTS THAT VODACOM HAS NO MANNERS!!!
