Hi, I opened a cell contract on the 26th mei 2013. on the 31st mei I noticed a hairline crack across the screen. I read the terms and conditions but I think its unfair towards me because I did not damage the phone in any way nor is there any sigh of damage to the phone. not even a scratch. on 1st june 2013 the phone was returned to the store and I was told that it will be sent away for repairs. I was also told that they will contact me with a quote to repair it. since then I did some research and found that this is not the first time this has happened. I found alot of complaints about this gorilla glass that seem to get this hairline cracks for no reason. I dont think I should be charged a cent unless it can be proved (which is impossible) that I damaged my one week old samsung galaxy note 2. I think I should have my phone replaced because as I said there is only one explination and that is that its an manufacturing default. thanks for reading and I hope you can help me...
