After having told Marko 2 days ago that I have reversed the unauthorised debit order on my side, I receive a sms today telling me, 'Dear valued customer, please note that your credit of R390.95 has been approved. Regards Altech Autopage'. All I want from Altech Autopage is to find out (1) why I was charged for a service I did not have and (2) my account was debited 4 months after my contract was cancelled (3) how I can prevent them from taking money out of my account, without my permission, in future (4) why, as promised 2 days ago, I still have not received the email detailing the answers to my first 3 questions and how they are going to correct this credit to my account now?
