POOR INCOMPETENT SERVICE

POOR INCOMPETENT SERVICE, Once again Altech Autopage does not fail to deliver poor incompetent service to their paying customers. I will strongly advise any possible new clients NOT to join this service provider due to poor customer service and poor account management.
I joined this service provider in August 2012 due to the them partnership with Discovery which ensures a "cash back" payment. This never happened until I started to raise the issue in Feb2013. I only receive payment of the August 2012 account in May 2013. Furthermore the rebate was paid into my bank account but a wrong Altech debit order for May was paid and without any notice the amount was corrected in June's Account.
No correspondence are given what so ever from this service provider. They expect you to resolve the issues through their 50/50 call line which I find very unfair to pay for their ongoing mistakes. Furthermore they do not allow any individual to budget for their monthly expenses due to irregular faulty billing. I wish I knew how to end this contract, or to take legal steps as Altech Autopage is not delivering a service as per our original contract. I will never use this service provide ever again.
