I HAVE HAD IT WITH TELKOM!!! I APPLIED FOR INTER NETT WITH M WEB, SOME ONE CALLED ME AND I WAS SINGED UP WITHIN 10 MIN I THAN CALLED TELKOM AND ARRANGED FOR SOME ONE TO INSTALL A LINE AS I HAVE A PACKAGE WITH MWEB, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THANKING ME FOR ORDERING A LINE MY ORDER NUMBER (78669111) ON17 MAY2013, I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH TELKOMS QUICK RESPONSE HOW EVER THIS WAS SHORT LIVED, THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE SAYING THAT INSTALLATION WOULD BE DONE 22/05/2013 AND THEY DID JUST THAT, I RECEIVED A SMS PROVIDING ME WITH MY NUMBER AND I THOUGHT WELL THATS GOOD SERVICE, I GOT HOME INSTALLED THE MODEM BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET I CALLED TELKOM AND WAS INFORMED THAT IT WOULD HAVE TO BE SWITCHED OVER TO A ADSL, I ASKED THE AGENT WHY THIS WAS NOT DONE WHEN THE TECHNICIAN WAS DISPATCHED I WAS TOLD THEY DONT KNOW BUT WILL LOG MU QUERY 5 DAYS LATER AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF CONSTANTLY CALLING TELKOM I RECEIVED A MESSAGE 28/05/2013 (REF 514093-26 DEAR CUSTOMER YOUR ADSL LINE IS ACTIVE, I GOT HOME PLUGGED IN MY MODEM BUT FOUND THAT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED I CALLED TELKOM FUMING THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME ITS NOT ACTIVE, WHAT IS THE HOLD UP WHY IS IT THAT TELKOM SERVICE
