POOR SERVICE POOR TURNAROUND RESPONSE TIME

EExtremely Disappointed I have been trying to secure a medical aid on behalf of my brother since December 2012 after numerous request for call backs, contact applications, receiving reference numbers and an online application I got a call from a number 27105906110 advising me she was backlogged. A consultant [Email Removed] contact me, but no response to my A consultant called me n advised me clearly that the online application has NOT been processed, which seemed realistic since noone made contact with my brother. A new application was put through, the consultant promised to email me documents. What a for a quick sale the policy was not emailed to me n the prior online app was processed as an amount was deducted from my bos account. Essential a mess now my brother has two med aid n needs to rectify. BUT no response to my emails n follow up enquiry. Please assist, as I tried the contact number today and advised I have the wrong number.
