Still no phone since 29th April 2013

Since my last complaint, I did receive feedback however the treatment and service is horrible. Last Friday I received a call from Cell C, informing me that my phone is ready for collection at The Glen and it has been since the 9th of may 2013. I asked the gentleman, why didn't anybody let me know by either sms or phone call. Friday evening I went to the glen to collect only to be told my phone is in Alberton. I spoke to the manager who assured me that they will get it for me the next day. The next day (1-june 2013) I went to the glen and to my surprised they had replaced my phone with a 9360 model instead of 9380. No explanation nothing. I asked nobody knew a thing. I left the phone there as I don't use phones with buttons because of my eye sight problems. All my phones have to be touch screen. I am so of as nobody communicates with me on any decisions. the treatment I keep on getting is pathetic and unprofessional. I asked the lady to return the phone wherever it came from and tell them, they must either give me a z10 or Samsung if need be I will pay more I don't want the 9360 and professional feedback will be appreciated.
