This is now the 3de Hello Peter to MTN about the same problem. The last one I actually got a response and a call from 083 3!! That did not help at all! They promised me that the problem will be solved and that is now almost 2 weeks ago! I have been paying for 3 months now for the iPhone 4s and I do not have the phone, every time someone from MTN calls or phones me nothing happens!! My phone was under warranty when I gave it in (3 months ago), if been paying and trying to work and be patient... Please help me MTN how is this acceptable?! This is a breach of our contract and I demand that we cancel my contract or that you give me another phone!! 3 months, and the worst of all is I have, in this 3 months, spoken to 5 or more people in managing positions. How can this be your response to a service failure? How can a client with one of the most expensive contracts wait 3 months for a solution and then has to complain again and again and again only to be disappointed again and again and again??? I must tell you MTN you have shown me your true colors... I demand a solution! Cancel the contract or give me a new phone!
