Two and a half months ago I gave in my phone to be repaired seeing that the scroller and the touchscreen does not work at all and the phone is useless. The consultant had a look at the phone and told me that the chances are they willl issue me with a new phone seeing that the phone is brand new and still under warranty. Not ONCE did i get any feedback from the consultant or the repairs centre and I had to search for numbers to dial seeing that all numbers were unanswered. After multiple attempts and a tantrum at the store the consultant tells me not to worry they wil fix it for me and there will be no charges involved. Once again after a few weeks NO response and I had to scurry around looking for assistance??? Service??? Then even worse I escalated it to Management whom promised me to call me back within two days and here I am another two weeks with NOTHING?? I want out of this contract and will not be paying for this "service"! Two and half months of NOTHING and I am paying for it?? The phone has a scratch on the top and therefor my warranty is void??? Not near the problem??? This is pathetic! I must pay R2000?? NOWHERE is this stated in the contract! Regardless I want out!
