BIS DISCONNECTED FOR R4 CONTRACT NOT EVEN EXPIRED

It is with utter disgust that I send this, Friday night i had no access to my BIS. I tried calling however after holding for over 10mins having to listen to your hideous music fit for a house party (highly unprofessional save it for your TV ads). I left it for Saturday morning. I was informed it was on a promotion and was only valid until the 31st May 2013. My contract only expires in August. I asked for a copy of my contract stating this promo apparently there is none so I should actually not pay my account then, because I have nothing legally binding me to a contract.
I was told that I could have this reactivated if I pay the new fee a mere R4.00 extra. I have chosen a month to month basis. Doubt I will be upgrading with Vodacom much better offers and service with other networks, and I know for a fact there's plenty more disgruntled consumers following suit.
BTW my first language is not Afrikaans so having to deal with your prompts in that language was incredibly unacceptable.
