PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER

'I applied for a new contract on the 04 Dec 2012 for the Samsung Galaxy Note LTE 10.1' N8020 after I saw it on vodacom summer edition special that ended on the 06 Dec 2012. Jerome told me that my order will take 5-10 working days to be delivered but this never happend. After numerous calls and online chats with vodacom, their courier RAm came to deliver and only to find that it was not what i have ordered. I then contacted their after sales who could not provide me with the reasons for wrong delivery. I called different vodacop shops around GP and all of them said they dont have stock. Vodacom advertised something that they don't have. I will take this matter to the cunsumer ombudsman to teach them a lesson. A big company as Vodacom can cheat people like this. i wont rest my laurels until i put them to their place. Maybe incompetence?
