I had called MWEB countless times to help with my internet that never worked. They kept calling me back to follow set-up steps, and I then asked for a 2g line, which thereafter I was told it will be up and running - never happened. They said they would then contact Telkom, which they did and a technician was sent out.By this time I was really annoyed and then cancelled my subcription.
The cancellation document was sent through on 3 April 2013 - yet I still receive sms's stating my account is overdue and the debit orders continue going through my account each month? (Will have to see end of May if this happens)
I refuse to pay them a cent more. I've been paying for a service that never worked since last year - I will not any longer!!
Who will be refunding me??
