After all the waiting, the internet finally worked. On Friday I received my Bill, saying that my bill for the month is R1600 for the month. After all the struggling the previous weeks, you said that everything is sorted out. You told me that I do not owe MTN that money any more, because of the mistake that YOU MADE. YOU SAID THAT MTN SCRAPPED THAT MONEY FROM MY BILL. Yesterday morning I received the sms from FNB that MTN deducted more that R1600 from my account. With that money, I can get an Samsung Galaxy S4 for about half a year. I cant believe that MTN wants their costumers money that BAD. IT IS FRIKKING RIDICULOUS. I have never been so dissapointed in any supplier my whole life.
