I reported bad network coverage in February. They said that someone will be at my place in 4-5 working days.
It is May already and no one has been here.
I phoned again on Monday (last week) they said someone will get back to me before the end of the day. No one got back to me. I phoned again the next day, the guy that was supposed to get back to me was reported to his manager.
It is a week later and still no response from anyone. Now that is service.
We pay a lot of money to MTN on a monthly basis. All I want is just a better connection. To actually get what we pay for.
Can I please get that?
