I have enquired numerous of times on Vodacoms website for an agent to call me regarding a Contract I would like to apply for.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks, someone phoned me i asked them to call me back in 10 minutes just to get my details for them and I am still waiting. I want to take out the s3 mini on contract and need this to be done urgently. I have now yet enquired again regarding a contract and hopefully will get a response this time, My reference is 9s7844

Does Vodacom not need new business?
